What you get on each plan
The free inbox is the full product, not a trial: open the homepage, copy the address, and mail arrives in real time with one-time codes pulled out for you. Pro exists for people who use disposable addresses every day and need them to last longer, be easier to remember, and work without ads.

How billing works
Pro is a subscription billed by card through Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month at $6; yearly plans renew every 12 months at $36. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it, as set out in our terms of service.
If you prefer not to share card details, the yearly plan can also be paid with USDT (BEP-20) through NOWPayments. Sign in, click "Pay with USDT", send the exact amount shown to the address displayed, and Pro is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed on-chain, usually within a few minutes. Crypto payments are one-off, so a yearly crypto plan simply ends after 12 months unless you pay again.
Why is the free version supported by ads?
Receiving mail costs money: every inbox needs a mail server, storage for messages and attachments, and the domains that make the addresses work. Ads on the free inbox pay for that so that anyone can use a disposable address without creating an account or handing over a card. Pro removes the ads and covers the cost directly.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use the free inbox?
No. The homepage creates an address the moment it loads. An account is only needed for Pro features and for paying.
Can I keep the same address for longer than 24 hours?
Not yet. Pro inboxes last 24 hours, after which the address and all its messages are permanently deleted. If you need a permanent address, a regular mailbox is the right tool; disposable addresses are designed to disappear.
What happens to my messages when an inbox expires?
They are deleted from our servers, including any attachments, and the address is released. Nothing is archived. See the privacy policy for details on retention.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Open the billing portal from your account page and change the plan; Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
There is no separate trial because the free plan already includes the core features. Try the free inbox first; upgrade only if you need longer-lived or custom addresses.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
Cards in USD through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the local methods Stripe offers in your country), and USDT on the BNB Smart Chain for the yearly plan.
